Returns Policy

Returns and Refunds - We always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition. However sometimes due to situations beyond our control for example damage in post, your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong please contact us as soon as you receive your order. To help us to respond quickly, please try to include as much information as possible eg: Name, Email Address, Postal Address, Order Number, Problem with fault.

 Delivery - We will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address which you input for delivery when you make you checkout. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries, which are beyond our control due to postal services. If you have not received your items, please check with your local sorting office even if you have not received notification from your postman that they are holding items for you.

Personalised Items - We urge customers to double check personalisation at checkout. No refunds will be given for customer mistakes. If you notice a mistake after checkout please get in touch with us immediately, we can not guarantee this can be changed if your order has already been processed.
